Solo Soma Movement Meditation


Solo-Soma is an efficient 20-minute, self-applied, sensory- based meditation. Think of it as an autonomic nervous system reboot or balancer. It functions at multiple levels – among other things, it engages movement, touch and the breath. It is intended to be used daily as part of your morning self-care routine, to help launch the day on a positive footing. In this video, we explore a unique approach to healing that combines ancient practices like yoga, acupressure, and Qigong with modern techniques such as vagus nerve activation, EMDR, EFT, and energy psychology. It integrates physiological interventions like calf pumping, lymphatic drainage, and inversion exercises to support optimal brain function, alongside cognitive methods that foster affirmation, gratitude, and awe. This holistic approach addresses both physical and emotional aspects of trauma, offering a comprehensive path to healing and emotional regulation.
